100 Plus Bed Hospital in northern Arkansas seeks a Director of Surgical Services.
The director of surgical services has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for the clinical, financial, and personnel management of surgical services units on a 24-hour basis. He/she leads the unit in development and maintenance of the business of surgery and for the development of a work force who consistently strives to exceed stated standards of the patient care service department and hospital goals and philosophies.
